April is the perfect time to start spring cleaning! It never seems to fail that when the birds start chirping, the days get longer, and we getting a taste of that warm summer day, we want to clean and purge. Well, in this episode we are doing something a little bit different! Today we are going to share a DAY in our life where we tackle a spot in our home and walk you through our spring cleaning. productivity as a teacher. This is going to be a day in my life episode, but not just any day

in my life, a spring cleaning day in my life.

And if I sound excited, it's because I am. I'm going to clean out slash purge slash reorganize

all my old teaching materials that I packed up for my classroom and have been stored in a

hall closet in my house since we moved here to Texas. So the plan is to check in throughout the day,

probably around lunch, which will be maybe the halfway mark, and then at the end of the day

when I am hopefully finished. But first, I wanted to share my own TSAH,

my own current time-sucking hurdle.

I'm just gonna categorize this under the umbrella term

house issues.

So first, Billy and I currently have a water leak

in our front lawn.

So there obviously is piping that connects from our house out to the

street where the water supply is. And right in the middle of our lawn, there is this like ongoing

wet spot. So obviously there is a leak in the piping underneath. We had someone from the city

water company come out. They checked the meter and they're like, yep,

we think there's a leak. We're like, duh, we can see the wet spot. But they told us we had to

get a plumber to come out. That is happening tomorrow. Hopefully it's an easy fix. I don't know

anything about this kind of stuff. So we shall see. And then speaking of other water issues, although it's not a water issue,

it's an appliance issue. Our kitchen sink faucet needs to get replaced. Basically, the handle
