And this is actually my first time ever hosting a flight test podcast, which is pretty cool.

My name is Alex. And today we have Josh here. And on the phone, we have a very special guest. You can't see him right now, but he's on the phone. Trust us. Yes. Mr. Eric Farewell from Aviator PBG, how you doing, man? Hey, guys. It's an honor to be here. I feel so close right now. I feel like I'm in that beautiful light. I've got the cool flight test background. But in reality, I'm just sitting at my desk in Florida. And it's not nearly as cool here. Well, you're in Florida and we're not. Yeah, I'm looking around. I don't know what exactly is so cool around here. I mean, on camera, I'm sure it looks somewhat presentable,

but everything else is just kind of like stuff everywhere. Well, we have an imaginary mic. We call that pure chaos. There you go. We have a mic in between us, and we're going to pretend you're there. And by the way, brother, I missed you. And it was really great seeing you. We actually got to see Eric, my son and I, what, about two weeks ago. and it was wonderful.

And first off,

And first off, for those of you guys who are listening, if you're not familiar with Eric,

recently within the last year, last six months or so, myself, Josh, Austin, and Chad Lewis, we all learned how to fly paramotors.

And that was thanks to Eric and his team down at Aviator PPG.

It's an awesome paramotor school in Lake Wales, Florida.

But it goes way beyond even just the flying now.

We've built a friendship, which has been pretty awesome.

And it's pretty exceptional how when you bring like-minded individuals together,

specifically people with a love for aviation, how quick a relationship and a friendship builds.

It goes straight from friendship to family to something even crazier, really quick.

Nothing awkward.

Yeah.

It's one of the things we love so much about flight tests and the whole flight test family is you guys both just as the staff and the team there at the actual flight test company, but also the community. Everybody has become part of our family too. And we've always said that we have our aviator family, our pilots. Once you start flying with us, you're stuck with us forever. But we kind of feel the same way about flight test, and your fans and your family, too. So thank you guys so much for having us and for having me on this podcast. It's a totally rad thing. And now I get to watch you guys awkwardly sit around a table and talk. It's really fun. Love it. Love it. Well, Eric, you know, one thing a lot of people don't have is a background here.
