Shadow work: it's a term you've probably heard before. But what is it, and why does everyone seem to be talking about it?

Take out your flashlight, friends, because today I'm taking you on a journey into all the shadowy, invisible parts of your personality. Shadow work is all about turning the unconscious conscious, which means taking a look at some things you might've shoved so far down that you've forgotten they even existed…or maybe you're hoping they'll disappear if you don't look too closely at them.

Shadow work isn't scary; in fact, it's an amazing, AMAZING tool for improving your self-image, your relationships, and your patience with yourself. But it can be emotional…and it can actually be harmful if done without the right guidance. Let me tell you what shadow work actually is, and what you need to do to get started.

former chronic procrastinator where it's like, I saved everything or I saved everything to last

minute, not anymore, not anymore. You know, or maybe it's like you plan to do something, sit down
