mentioned this on Instagram recently and I had some questions. I take 17

minute naps like in the middle of the day. I have found that a 17 minute

nap is the perfect amount of time for me to like fall asleep, but not sleep so

long that I wake up groggy. It took a little bit of trial and error. I started

at 13 minutes, but sometimes I woke up groggy and then 20 minutes was too long.
