We're talking about instant cameras.

0:38.0

Thank you for doing that because I was like, oh, I don't want any corruption.

0:41.0

I was just saying how I started and locked down. I started just buying instant cameras and just taking photos because I knew I wouldn't be able to get them developed until afterwards.

0:52.0

It was a great way that at the end to take all these instant cameras and then just look back on that time. Then I also really liked that it was a form of documentation that removed me from my phone.

It's like you're saying about that there's something really tangible about film and in the way it captures the light.

I like that it just then captures these in between moments that are never as constructed as a camera.

But it's not like, oh my God, how am I ever going to get another one right now and all that stuff and all my lenses? All of that.

2:09.0

Me and Tuck, I have a hard enough time just keeping track of my phone when it comes to cameras.

2:14.0

I do travel with nice cameras sometimes and it's always a very terrifying process.

2:19.0

At any moment, this is going to fall off a cliff.

2:23.0

Speaking of your travel stuff, we were just talking during the break a little bit about your creative directing work.

2:29.0

I was wondering when that started.

2:32.0

It started to kind of in tandem with my production in nightlife of events.

2:39.0

That makes sense.

2:41.0

That and then also with the masks because once I started making masks, I would just reach out to photographers and to designers and be like, hey, I want to shoot with you.
