Welcome back to What Happier, I'm Rachel Denguevich, and it's the new year we've conquered

all of our bad habits, we've lost all of our weight, organized our lives, everything

is sparkling, totally, and so my windows and everything else, our jobs are done.

I mean, I assume that that's true for everyone, not just me, I'm not the only one who's achieved

everything.

I will say, though, I'm actually really happy last week we talked a lot about this.

Okay, about our time management and our new system.

Oh, I've been implementing.

Our things, yeah, me too, and I'm actually really liking it, me too.

So far, I'm getting good reports from myself.

Good.

You know what the thing is for me, as I think out, I don't even know where it was that

I saw this, and someone said, listen, if you went on a diet where you avoided eating any

foods with the letter B and then you would lose weight, and it's true because the variable

is attention and control, and it's also true that whatever the heck organizational

system you're trying to do, when you're fully trying to do it, you're going to be doing

better.

Yeah, we are.

We're going to feel successful because we're like mentally engaged in the task.

Sometimes you feel like you've dropped the reins, and you're just letting the horses

run.

That's been me.
