Inside today’s episode we talk about another 1% variable that EVERYONE should be doing if they aren’t already. Intra workout nutrition is so important and if you’re someone that isn’t utilizing it then you could be limiting your performance in the gym! Starting with hydration and sodium. Most people aren’t drinking enough our have enough sodium to replace the extreme losses during training sessions. Your intra carb should be liquid because it doesn't force digestion to occur.
