crazy times with the COVID pandemic, as well as with the protests that are going

on the street and just so many different things that I think if there was a way we could hit

the fast forward button on 2020. Yeah, I'd hit that button. I think I hit it twice.

but it was of Adam Sandler where he found like this magical remote control.

Crazy, crazy. Well, look, we've been talking about this for a little over a month,

talking about how we are going to be

documenting and chronicling our first journey into purchasing a house together.

So people don't know.

Actually, I had a house that I initially lived in and then it became an accidental landlord.

And I'll talk about that later on in the show. But this is our first time we're actually looking at property, talking about property. We've been taking a semi-retired MD course by Kenji and Leti.
