This is Dr. Ney, and I'm really excited about this episode. This is the second of a new breed of shows or episodes that I'd like to start doing where I'm talking to people anonymously who are physicians who have been in situations where they may have been unhappy, situations where they may have had to leave, but basically willing to come on

a show and talk about the cautionary tales that we all can learn from. Oftentimes in the past,

when we looked at people who were in situations where they needed to change, we didn't really

take heed to the lessons that were going on. Usually it was either that person couldn't hack it
