That means that 385,000 brave women are going through the miraculous and traumatic experience

of bringing life into this world every single day.

My friends, that is a really big deal.

Childbirth and the postpartum recovery are soul stretching.

And in today's episode, we're focusing on the importance of taking care of Mom after

she has a baby, no matter if this is her first baby or her fifth baby, because no matter

how many babies you've had before, and even though so many women around the world give

birth each day, every single birth and postpartum experience is completely different.

We do ourselves and each other such a disservice when we minimize or rush postpartum recovery,

self-care, and community care for new moms.
