vineyards in Nevi. When did you get started there and what is the history of the estate?

Basically I started to make my own wine and to bottle our own production under the name of

Cantina del Pino in 1997 because before that my father

my family was involved in a cooperative which is a very well-known

co-oport in Barbarzco, called Productor de Barbarzco.

Actually, my father was one of the founder of this cooperative

in 1958, and with my two uncles.

They were like families,

that they were closer to the church, to the priest,

to local priest, and Don't Fiore, that was the name of this priest.

They had this idea of basically starting a production as a group of family instead of selling the grapes in the

Biola in the market were bigger and famous names for many years they were making

already the vinification with these grapes but of course

the price point of the grapes was always a little bit low and then they were always struggling with the price of these grapes.
