Did you know that the New Testament Gospels weren't the only Gospels that were written

about Jesus' life?

How do we know that the Gospels that are in our Bibles tell the truth about His life

and teachings?

Is there anything we can learn from these extra biblical or non-canonical Gospels?

We're going to talk about it with a special guest on today's podcast.

Today's guest is a cold case homicide detective, popular national speaker and best-selling

author, Jay Warner Wallace.

He was a conscientious and vocal atheist until he was 35 when he investigated the claims

of Christianity in very much the same way he investigated his cold cases.

The conclusion he came to is that Christianity is actually true, and ever since, he has

continued to take an evidential approach to the truth as he examines the Christian worldview.

So he's done some great investigative work on the subject we're going to talk about today,

which is what some people would call the lost Gospels or the non-canonical Gospels.

So he's going to help us make some sense out of these writings, what they are, and how

we as Christians can be knowledgeable and wise in the way that we interact with them.
