I've had an extremely busy the last probably 15, 16 days in a row. I feel like I've all

it's kind of blurred together. Our work stuff is kind of accelerating here as we head into

the end of the year. And we have a lot of accelerating here as we head into the end of the year,

and we have a lot of stuff coming down the pipe. And with that said, reminder, our 50 days

of fitness challenge is kicking off here on November the 11th. I'm not trying to sell anybody on it,

but it's basically just helping people finish the year with positive habits, rituals,

and routines rolling into 2020.

Oftentimes we see people crush it most of the year.

And then when the holiday season kicks in around that, you know, kind of 50 day mark between,

you know, Thanksgiving and Christmas, they tend to pack on a little bit of

extra weight and not the quality kind. You know, some people say it's, you know, seven to ten

pounds. Some people say it's, you know, three to five pounds of fat. Either way, it's probably

not ideal because we typically are traveling. We're eating more. We are moving less, you know,

all the holiday stuff and things you get roped into. So this challenge is essentially just to help you guys be mindful of your schedule, really pick your spots, still have time with friends and family. And I share all the stuff that we do and how I, you know, overeats and kind of, you know, fast and feast and train around that.
