It's strange, it's unsettling, the unknown of course, but remind yourself that life has always been unknown.

It's just a little different now.

Certainly it's scarier.

Frightening.

I'm doing okay.

I have anxiety in the morning and at night.

Anybody else?

Right when I wake up I feel stressed and anxious, but I do my meditation and I've been going for a run and feeling a little better, but, and then at night right as you go to bed it all hits you.

But that's normal, it's just anxiety,

that's what I tell myself.

And that's a good exercise to say,

it's just anxiety.
