Christie, for those people who are living under a rock, who do not know who you are, will you give a little bit of your bio in history?

Sure. Well, I work for Dave Ramsey, so if you don't know me, a lot of people probably have heard of him.

And I'm basically one of his Ramsey personalities. I'm a speaker and author, but what my heart is is I just love helping women turn their ideas and hobbies and passions into small businesses.

Or even a side business. So I work with women, everything from an Etsy shop or part time freelance accounting business all the way up to women running large organizations with, you know, 10, 15, 20, team members.

And so I really love helping women in those early stages of business where you really want to do something and you're excited, but you don't know what to do.

And that's what I've found is the most frustrating part of business. It's not having too much to do.

It's not knowing what to do and women are willing to work hard. They're willing to take the steps if we show them steps and they love checklists and to do this.

So that's kind of really what I boil it down to through the business boutique, which is the title of my book. Also the title of the podcast, the event, our online Academy.
