welcome back to another episode of the Whiskey and Lace podcast. Today's guest is someone I've known

for half my life, which is weird as fuck to think about. She's the first person I live with after

moving out of my parents' house. She's a wife and a mom to three kids. She owns a sports bar in

downtown Santa Rosa and just recently opened up another restaurant in Ringen Valley. She's my workout and go for a walk partner and we hold each other accountable. But most importantly, she is one of my very best girlfriends. She's loyal as fuck and she's that friend who sends you a social media post that reminds her of you every single time. And she is there no matter what time

of day. She's one of my right or die friends who I'm so lucky to have my life in my life.

Everyone please welcome my very good. Jesus Christ, Leanna, why my way such a hard time? We're

just going to roll with this, you guys. I hate intros. I'm sorry. Everyone please please welcome my very good friend, Leanna Kane or

maiden name Leanna Ocello. Hi. Hi. Thanks for being here. Sorry, this intro was such a struggle. It's not like,

I don't see you every day or something. It was hilarious. It's good. We're just going to go with it.

But everybody, please welcome Leanna. She honestly is one of my very, very, very best girlfriends. And so why don't we actually start off by giving everybody like a history lesson on how we became friends? I'll let you tell the story and like how we, you know, met, but also like how we ended up becoming very close.

Well, okay. I actually want to know, when's the first time you remember knowing who I was?

Well, I feel like we did. So we both grew up Catholic. Yes. And we had a confirmation class.

Like, is that what you call it? Yes. Yes. Yeah. Like on Thursday nights or something

like that at St. Eugene's. And I feel like you were in there, but like we weren't like friends in that.

No. And because I actually remember you from before that. I remember from freshman basketball.

Oh, yeah. I'll tell the story. Yes. I just remember guarding you and being like, fuck, that bitch.
