As we head into a new year, here's some food for thought.

How many times have you gotten excited to make your New Year's resolutions only to abandon them?

It's okay, you're not alone.

Statistics show that roughly 50% of the population sets New Year's resolutions

and yet the majority of those give up within the first 30 to 45 days.

One, create a detailed plan on how you're going to ensure that you follow through and take action.
