I used to live in this little town south of here called Coleman you know Coleman

I know Coleman nice little town yeah Yeah it's beautiful. There's this little Delhi. I'm not going to say the name of the Delhi, but there's this little Delhi that had a reputation. I mean a quaint little spot, really cool place.

It was just kind of like the places the moms would meet,

you know, you're at lunch, you would just go get a quick bite,

no big deal.

And you'd go up and you'd order and the lady be like what would you like and you just kind of tell her and you're like what's the one with the you know the the pineapple what's that one should be oh yeah yeah you want the aloha sure and so you'd write it down, you'd get your food, trivial pursuit cards sitting on the table.

Yeah. Yeah, it's just like a little, not a diner, it's just like a little deli.

A little deli. There was one of those in Grand Island, Nebraska. It was called Sutter Delhi,

Sutter Delhi, Sutter Delhi, and it was right on the railroad tracks.

So all the sandwiches were named after different railroad things, railroad lines or

cars or whatever.

And it is very quaint, lots of like dried leaves and flowers,

decor, kind of earth-tony, neutral, just a very nice place I liked it there but it's very much like a mom's go and hang out the purple hat club yeah

they would meet at that deli and it was delicious so I think I can kind of picture where this would

fit this place that you're talking about that I've never been what are some kind of

the things that it makes you feel like why do you go there is it because the food's so awesome or like why do you go to that place?

Well the food really was very good but it's the kind of food anybody could probably make you know they do

panini so they got the little machine

and you put it in the George Foreman grill

George Foreman Panini grill and you squish it shut

and you got probably chicken breast from Sam's or something I don't know but it

tasted good and it was pleasant the recipes the flavor combinations were good
