Summary
Last week, I talked about managing your energy and your other resources. This week, I want to talk about the management of one of those resources, and what can happen when you don't manage it: money.
There are four signs that you might have a yo-yo relationship with money:
- Lack of control around money
- Speaking poorly about money
- Only speaking positively about money when you have it in excess
- Making more, but not keeping more
A yo-yo relationship means there's no real consistency and balance in your relationship with money, and when you're going through this type of scarcity surrounding money, it's impossible to manage it properly. Let me tell you how to start turning this relationship around for the better.
