What's up, Swolefam? Got a couple of things today.

First is an update from my post a couple of weeks ago.

If you don't recall, I wouldn't blame you, but I was having trouble with a class that requires community service hours to pass.

I ended up speaking with all three of the teachers, and I have no idea why the class needs

three teachers, but one of them was willing to work with me.

She's been helping me find other opportunities outside of what they normally offer

that can work better with my schedule.

The other thing is, I just finished my first round of the 90-day dash.

It turned into a 120-day dash because things

kept coming up that prevented me from getting the workouts in, but I managed to do at minimum

some brain gains every day. I'm proud of myself for sticking with it. I have always had a bad

habit where I'll get bored of work out routines and switch to something else halfway

through. The swolga has been game-changing. I used to have chronic pain in my lower back,

and now my back only hurts if I'm stagnant for most of the day. On top of that, my flexibility

and balance have both increased dramatically. I started the 90-day dash at weighing in at 290 pounds, and today I am down

to 250 pounds, and I cannot tell you how much lighter I legitimately feel after only losing

40 pounds. I haven't gone to a full elimination diet yet.

I had a lot of food in my freezer to eliminate and I'm not one to throw away food that I've already spent money on.

I'm going to do a second round of the 90-day dash with a full elimination and I'm

excited to see how it goes.
