Hello everyone welcome back to fit body happy joints my name is Shannon today I have a very special guest with me her name is Elizabeth noble

It's noble right? Yeah noble noble noble with a k with a k I've never said your last name out loud so I've only called you by your first name. So Dr. Elizabeth noble, she is my pelvic floor physical therapist and I wanted to have her on the podcast today because I started seeing her when I was pregnant.

I think I was in my second trimester when I first started seeing you.

seeing her postpartum as well. So I am a huge proponent of pelvic floor physical

therapy. I always have been but even more so after I saw you and when I was on your table and we were talking about things we just had so many great discussions and I just thought I need my audience to hear this stuff.
