Welcome to the Learn True Health Podcast. I'm your host Ashley James. This is

episode 168. We are in for such a treat today. We have with us Dionysia Lafei, who is this wonderful visionary

and founder of Passion as Prayer. In fact, you called yourself Queen Visionary.

Yes. You're a sensuality coach and I'm excited to learn more about what that even means,

but what I gather from your website and from your bio is this

understanding that women have we've lost the connection with our body we've really we've really dulled our

senses and you know living in a quote-unquote man's world I think we've we've

developed so many negative stories about our sexuality because if you have several partners and you're promiscuous all of a sudden, you know, there's a lot of negative words you could call a woman, but there's no really negative words you call a man when he's promiscuous and has the same amount of partners.

And so we're at this weird part of our culture where we want to be seen as equals, we want to step into our own power, and yet there's so much confusion about our sexuality and whether we can step into our passion and our sexuality and own our body and love our body and love ourselves

while still remaining the powerful, wonderful, balanced women that we want to be.

And I think we do so much fighting in the quote unquote

man's world that we've lost a lot of that.

Is that, am I kind of grasping the work that you do?

Absolutely.
