Today is all about how to get back into working out when you have zero motivation or it feels impossible. I know how defeating

and deflating that feeling is and I'm going to give you some quick tips that will help

you get back into it. But I need to preface this by being totally straight up and honest with you. I have

struggled so much over the last number of years, probably three or four years, to get consistent

with an exercise or workout regimen. And throughout this episode, I'm going to refer to it as

a movement regimen or gentle movement. And there's a reason why I'm going to do to it as a movement regimen or gentle movement.

And there's a reason why I'm going to do that.

That's really healing and really supportive.

But the point is I have struggled to be consistent to the point where I've had neck and back

pain because I've been so sedentary.

I've had tech neck because I'm looking at my phone all the time or working on the computer.

really frustrating, especially to watch some people around me like my husband who has always

had a really healthy relationship with exercise and he's done it since college. And it's just

part of his routine, no matter how busy we are in life, he carves out the time because it just

helps him mentally, physically and emotionally. And I'm like, oh, like,

why can't I stay motivated? Why can't I get in a routine? And I have gone through so many

different phases with exercise. And my fitness journey has evolved over the last 10, 15 years,
