Two minute warning posted on Fridays to give you something to think about watch for or to do to finish your week strong

maximize your weekend. I'll also include an occasional red zone rant but not today. Here's my topic. Set the tone as in you set the tone. You set the pace.

Let me explain what I'm talking about.

Too many people walk into the gym, into school, into a workplace, into their home,

and they start to get shaped and influenced by the tone that's already there.

If it's lacking in energy, if it's just filled in, you know, with disarray or panic or emergencies, if it's lethargic or just negative.

And, man, you can feel this stuff.

Well, when that's going on, if you're not aware, these people get sucked into it and their pace and their tone gets dumbed down to the surroundings wherein they find themselves.

So you've got to be aware and you got to listen up.

You don't have to be the subject to the weather everyone else is affected by when you walk into a room,

when you walk into a place.

You create your own weather.

You set your tone.

You bring your weather with you.

Your weather is within you as a game changer.

You can shift to what's positive.

People are whining and complaining.

Just pause them for a moment, right?

What have we got to build on?
