Hey friend, welcome back. So if you don't already know this about me, one of my favorite channels

is Bravo. Some people are really surprised when I say that because they're like,

oh, I just assumed you were always reading personal development books or didn't watch TV,

or if you watch TV, watch documentaries. And I'm like, I do all those things, but I feel like I need

to balance constant learning with this type of TV. And I love it. I love it. And one of my favorite shows on

Bravo is Million Dollar Listing. I've watched it for years. And in watching one of the newest seasons,

I had this major aha moment. And I wanted to share it with you today because it's so powerful.

This is probably one of the most important things. You need to know when it

comes to evaluating your things. And I actually told my husband, I said, see, Andrew, this isn't just

reality TV. It's actually educational. You just have to like look for those moments. So if you

haven't seen this show in a nutshell, it's a show about real estate agents in the Los Angeles area,

many of them top of their game, just selling a million and multi-million dollar homes,

and the process it takes from landing a contract, marketing the home, the open houses, all the behind

the scenes, the negotiating, like selling every little piece of it. And it's just so fascinating to me.

And in some of these episodes, the agents will get a call that someone wants to sell their house

and they'll go meet the homeowner at their house. And this happens 10 out of 10 times.

The owner sits down with them and wants more than the home is worth.
