0:09.1	to get your weekend started on the right foot.
0:11.4	In today's topic, Embracing Summer. We're here in August now.
0:16.3	August has just kicked off. We're in the middle of summer. We really want to make sure
0:20.4	this weekend and for the rest of the summer for us North American people we are
0:24.8	just totally embracing this time.
0:27.0	Yeah and it's not that the summer is over yet we're really just trying to harness what is
0:31.8	left and make sure that those moments that were stepping
0:35.0	outside and flip-flops and tank tops and t-shirts and shorts that were really
0:39.1	remembering how good it feels to be able to do this because we all know in the dead winter you can't do that.
0:45.8	So take what's left of the summer, make the best out of it.
0:49.3	Jesse and I have really just started to acknowledge all the amazing things that we love to do during the summer
0:55.1	months and we're going to make sure we keep doing them until the snow hits the ground.
1:00.4	And for those of you who are maybe on the other side of the world right now and you're coming into summer, these are things to think about.
1:07.0	And for a lot of you guys, these are things to think about even next summer if some of these tips and points can't apply yet because it's too late such as
1:15.3	growing a garden but we'll get to that shortly. So now we're going to talk about
1:18.9	what we love about summer hopefully inspire you guys, give you guys some new ideas. The first one I want to talk about is
1:25.2	sunsets. Marty and I, after dinner, one of our favorite things to do is grab the dog, jump in the car.
1:31.1	It's not too far, but we go down to the waterfront here in
1:34.2	Windsor we have an amazing waterfront and we like to go for walks along there
