As part of our special series for the American Society on Aging our guests today on the Not Old Better Show are Krista Brown and Will Tarter.

Krista Brown is the current director of education with the American Society on Aging and oversees the ASA Leadership Institute. William Tarter, Jr. Will, coordinates The Center for Community Solutions a non-profit think tank located in Cleveland, Ohio, and is a graduate of the ASA Leadership Institute. The ASA Leadership Institute trains future leaders, deepens networks, improves careers, and brings leaders and communities closer together.

1:05.0	satisfied with the Institute. 92% of graduates reported that the
1:09.2	Institute was a good investment in their career and most importantly the majority reported
1:14.2	that their motivation to be a leader in aging significantly increased to
1:19.0	increase as a result of attending the Institute. All this means strong leaders, better aging
