Welcome to the show.

It is such a pleasure to bring you this conversation with Dr. Udo Erasmus.

0:19.1

This is such a good conversation so near and dear to the present situation,

0:24.8

which is how do we have space within self? How do we create space within self? How can we see the

0:33.7

value and importance in it? So we actually do it versus no we should do it. I am your host

0:40.1

Emily Schramm. This is a meathead hippie podcast. I am of course a meathead forever and always in the way

0:46.8

1:43.5

we don't begin a new chapter because we're so

1:45.9

comfortable at being good at what we used to be good at. And I have a theory that if we can't

1:51.9

change our immediate environment or circumstance, we must change everything else and put ourselves

1:59.3

in as many uncomfortable situations as possible to

2:02.5

really expedite the growth. And that's not an easy thing to do, right? When you're sucking at

2:09.1

something, it's hard. And I can't tell you how many things right now I'm in the middle of

2:14.1

beginning. And beginning again and being a beginner takes so much strength.
