Six months ago, ordinary man Alex Branson discovered something extraordinary, something shocking, that his whole life

was a lie and everything he has ever done, including his own birth, has been filmed and put on a 24-hour

television show. You might think it would be pretty boring to have a 24-hour show, because he's not doing

anything the vast majority of the time, and most people's lives are insanely boring.

And it makes a lot more sense to do a normal reality show where the director just like

instigates a fight and creates drama and films like 20 minutes of that.

But, well, it is what it is.

Anyway, this guy lived for like 30 years without knowing about the show he was on, which aired on the struggling Zing TV network. He's here

with us today to open up about his life-changing and quite crazy experiences. So, Branson, can you describe that moment for us, that moment you realized what was really

going on in your life?

Yeah, sure, Holland.

I was a couple weeks after my 28th birthday. I was home from work at the time. I was a soda jerk. They'd ask for a soda. I'd tell them to go F off or F yourself, go S yourself, whatever. And so, you know, I decided on my day off, I'm going to break for my usual routine,

and I was going to go see my best friend Rumbler at his house.

And I, uh, I walk in, and he's listening to Shugays and says, ska.

He was a huge ska head.

Oh, wow.

Always listened about ska.

I talked about ska all the time.

It was always, what do they call it?

Skanking.

...
