That is the question we need to ask yourselves right now.
 
Our mind is continually eavesdropping on our thoughts, and depending on the quality of those thoughts, we will get different answers and therefore different results.
 
It can be the massive difference between giving up or success, unhappiness or happiness, anxiety or confidence and so much more. 
 
In this video, I want to share with you, both how your mind works and how to teach so that it works for you and gets the positive results that you not only desire but deserve.

Hey there, now today I'd like to talk to you about how you actually suggest things to yourself

without realising it that could actually be damaging you and your results.

You see, continuously we have self-talk.

We create internal images in our mind and we begin to think about life.

And those thoughts become our evaluation.

Our focus becomes our evaluation as to what's happening and where we're heading.

Now the quality of those thoughts in the positive will dictate your results.

Now most of the time we tend to have negative thoughts or negative ideas because we're wired up that way.

I mean many many many generations back we had to look after ourselves.

We had to protect ourselves. We had to be looking out for everything around the next corner to make sure we survive.

So we used to pre-plan of all the things which

could happen that might get in our way or cause us an issue. Now in today's age we do not need

that as much. Sure we need that survival mechanism but maybe are we doing the self-talk

or having thoughts of all the things we don't want and are those thoughts actually

creating issues in our life or stopping us live the life that we desire having that emotional

freedom so at the end of the day whatever you're continuously thinking about your unconscious

mind searches for more of it. I mean,

and it's almost like when you decided buy a brand new car, you see that make and model

everywhere because your brain is geared up to look for things like that. So are we

suggesting things to our unconscious mind in an unhelpful way. Because at the end of the day,

we must assume responsibility for the thoughts that we have. And if we can change our thoughts

and redirect our thoughts, we're able to be able to get a different set of results. At the end of the day as well,
