We got Jim Rome back on this show today.

And today, Jim is going to talk about your income, how your income isn't really determined

by how good or bad the economy is.

What it's really determined by is how good your attitude is, how much you're willing

to perform, how much you're willing to develop your skills and go above and beyond what

is expected of you.

It's your willingness to get the work done and to ask for more.

It's your willingness to just bring more value to your employer or to your customer and

to your clients.

And when you do that, your income cannot help but go up.

But if you're one of these people who's like, oh, I'm going to wait for minimum wage

to go up so I can make more money, you're going to be waiting for a very long time.

That is not going to happen tomorrow.

If you're one of these people who's like, I've been at this job for so many years and they

owe me more money, that is the wrong attitude to have.

You want to go out there and perform better.

You want to do better.

You want to become more valuable.
