Well, yesterday Cardinal Woolette responded to Archbishop Vigano and calls some all kinds of things.

This letter that comes out, it seems with papal approval, and look at that in just a moment really goes for the throat

on Archbishop Vigano and accuses him of division even Sism removing himself from

communion with the Pope and also lying about the details of

ex-cardinal McCarick and here joining me today to talk about it is Timothy Gordon

author of Catholic Republic.

So I thought we would just go into this letter

that Cardinal Willett wrote directly to Archbishop Vigano.

It's also interesting, people have already

commented on this, that he never

refers to Archbishop Viganano as a cleric,

as an Archbishop, a Bishop, a priest.

He does use the word brother,

but I thought that was interesting.

And I always thought it was protocol

that when bishops address each other formally they would use those

titles but you know it's it's an oddity to I don't know if it's meant to be a diss or not so

The most important element in this letter I think is really in the first paragraph.

And Cardinal Willett begins by saying, with pontifical permission and in my capacity as Prefect for the Congregation

for bishops, I offer my testimony about matters concerning the Archbishop Emeritus of Washington DC, Theodore McCarick.
