1:10.0	So put yourself in the mindset of who does your speaking to.

1:19.0	It's really helpful, even though I know I have men and I have someone who's in their teens
1:26.0	and I probably have somebody who's in their 70s in a foreign country who might not even speak English.
1:32.0	But right now, I'm thinking about you, one person.
1:36.0	And I can picture what you're wearing and how you're sitting and what it is you need.
1:42.0	I know the business that you're in and I understand the challenges that you face.
