Summary

Today we are so excited to have Jess from @nurturedfirst (formerly Our Mama Village) back on the show. Jess is a registered psychotherapist who shares her expertise on all things sibling relationships. This is an episode we wish we had before we had multiple children!

Navigating sibling conflicts can be exhausting. As parents we are trying to help our children thrive as individuals but we also want to foster the relationships they are developing with their brothers or sisters. Jess helps us by providing things we can do or say as parents to support these healthy relationships among our kids.

We love hearing what you as listeners are pulling from these episodes. Tag @ourmamavillage and @herselfpodcast and share something you learned from this episode.
