For my athletes, they can't figure out why they keep getting re-injured.

And it's because our cells are constantly going through a healing cycle all the time.

This is how we repair.

And if we talk about like the foundational cellular healing cycle, hemostasis, the blood stops, your body looks around, checks the environment.

And then we go through inflammation, which is basically bringing the workers
