| 0:19.4 | It seems counterintuitive because it seems like the more tired of fatigued you are, the harder you worked, and therefore the better results you will see. |

| 1:31.0 | and still see improvements in overall body composition. So even if you don't |

| 1:45.6 | primarily the job of nutrition and being in a slight calorie deficit. We talk |
