Hi you guys, welcome to home with Habala.

This is our weekly podcast where we get to have conversations around life and spiritual

living and the practical things like parenting and marriage.

And today we're going to have one of those really practical conversations about sex and

relationships.

And if you know me and you've been following us a little bit, you'll know that we led

an organization called More Revolution for six years where I talked about sex and sexuality

and all the things for six years.

And we handed that movement over to Cole and Caitlin Zick and they're doing a fantastic

job.

But we really have never waned on our really desired to talk about healthy sexuality and

to keep it on the forefront.

You know, Ben and I have been married.

We just celebrated our 15th year of anniversary on Friday and sex and the topic of sexuality

has always been important to us.

We've always had people in our lives that help us navigate that whether that's a psychologist

or a pastor or a friend.

We just have always had people in our world.

And so today, I felt like it would be important to not just talk about it off the cuff with

Ben and I, but that I would invite a new friend of ours really, but somebody who is a sex

and relationship coach, Rebecca, and I want to say your last name, right?

But you said you can't even say right half the time.
