reframe what ADHD or ADD and attention span issues are, some conversation about meditation and quieting the mind

and two types of meditation that I really like to look at meditation with that lens of

understanding kind of these two ways of thinking of meditation, how I got into meditation,

reframing alcohol and its role in our life and how it affects and

impacts our body, but understanding it is a spirit and the emotional energetic connection to

alcohol. We also talk about van life and just this like deep desire to follow these impulses

especially living in a van with nutrition and and finding a routine and i feel like this is

so important for us all to hear about what is good for us. How do we navigate
