To say 21 in Spanish, you basically say 20 and 1, which would be 20 i.1.

But Spanish actually turns this into one combined word,

201. The i at the end of 20 disappears,

and the y for and is replaced with the letter I.

So this is spelled V-E-I-N-T-I-U-N-O,

so for example, it's number 21.
