And today's Zigg is going to talk about having a specific goal.

You know, during the pandemic in California, where we were fully locked down, there will

be times where I was like, I got to get out of the house.

Like I need to get out of here.

And I would get in the car and I would just drive.

But as I was driving, I can feel anxiety starting to kick up.

Why?

Because I was just driving.

I didn't really have any destination.

I was just just going.

And I would eventually, you know, go back home and be like, what did I do that for?

I had no direction.

I wasn't, you know, why do I leave the house and drive without a place to go?

Weird.

And I mentioned that because that's how a lot of us are going through life.

We're going through life without a destination.
