the love extremist, Ethan Lipsitz. I won't reveal too much biography here in the preamble since Ethan's lived

experience is a significant part of our conversation and highly germane to his work. Ethan is a

visual artist, host of the Love Extremist Radio podcast, and he moderates gatherings on the

Clubhouse app in the Love Extrem extremists club. In our conversation,

Ethan and I unpack the meaning of capital L love as a state of being beyond romantic love,

beyond an emotion that arises and subsides in consciousness from moment to moment. We discuss how we can cultivate a life

where we are reflexively living from a place of greater love, how we can bring love into our greater
