For me, I find a sense of being alive in doing this crazy stuff, like every country in the world,

like I'm doing a hundred city book tour right now, and like I have a podcast I produce every single day.

When I get these ideas, I can't stop thinking about them and that's how you know you have a

crazy idea that's worth paying attention to because lots of crazy ideas come and go with the ones that stick with you,

you know, like the more I think about this stuff the more I'm like yes I want to do that and

I'm gonna be excited when I do that and so you have to find what works for you like

obviously like you know people listening like if you you know gravitate toward those

other messages and that's great like you you find

what works for you but it's not bad to do it the other way as well you know I would

say and so if maybe you're thinking huh does that really work for me like

actually I want to like find the challenge I want to do what's you know what's meaningful to me

then that's what you do and maybe if you get burnt out it's because you're doing

the wrong things not because you're doing it too much.
