showing up and I've got to tell you I'm recording this at my time well it was 520 when I started and I pressed my snooze two or three times and I actually said to myself Trish you have to show up like you were actually talking about showing up today and so I went from

being middle of a like a snooze session to like just straight up out of my bed and I was

motivated because I remembered all the awesome stuff that we're talking about this morning.

But I just wanted to share that with you because I think showing up, even if you're someone who really doesn't struggle

with following through and showing up in whatever various parts of your life.

I think this theory and this concept is applicable to all of us who are in the pursuit of

being the best versions of ourselves and in pursuit of confidence.
