Fernandez and Rick Fernandez versus the state of Arizona. As you know, Tanya and Rick have both been charged with six felonies combined for aggravated harassment and computer tampering.

prison. So that's option number one going to trial. Option number two is to take the

deal that the prosecution has put forward.

If they take the deal, they're basically admitting guilt,

have a chance. It is a very triable case because at the end of the day we don't know for sure who was sending those messages.

The prosecutor jumped in and said, hey, we don't need to prove exactly who was sending the messages. they just have to prove that Tanya and Rick ate it in it.
