okay, well, what would it look like if I spent maybe 20% of my time in the investor category? And I just scheduled the time. And so I placed more focus on how can we build and scale this rental portfolio. I started hanging out with more investors. And so I had friends that were investing in real estate, as opposed to just hanging out with real estate agents who were, again, you know, working in the self-employment category.

And from there, we really just took off.

I think after we had gotten back from Italy, we ended up buying three rental properties

within maybe three months.

that bookkeeping knowledge into becoming a real estate entrepreneur. So she learned how to manage construction

jobs. She got into the flipping business. She's the new construction business. She also managed

rental properties and leasing for other people. And then she also started investing on her own,

though, became a real estate investor. And she and her husband eventually, so about 14 years later,
