required always for growth in general, whether it's that you're working for a big

goal in your life like a promotion or a business goal or maybe it's more

personal growth related like acknowledging areas in your life that you just want to

step it up as an individual or in your relationships or maybe your marriage or your

friendships or your relationships with your family or for your health or as a leader
