We are now a little over a month in from New Year's, and that's, of course,

when everybody is like, okay, I've got to change everything about my life, right? I've, in fact,

some of the top, I don't know if we want to call them New Year's resolutions, but the top decisions

that people make at the beginning of the year are saving more money, improving their health, their physical health, losing weight, spending more time with family.

Aw, that's sweet. Improving their mental health, reducing living expenses. So there's a long list of things that people are working on very hard.

So now that we're a month in, probably a lot of people have already let those things go completely.

Yeah. Because it's so easy to just jump back into our old habits.
