But everyone has been highly requesting us to do a real estate episode.

So Kale, you know, she was like, you know, you guys can do an episode yourselves and she was fine with it.

So it will be us today. We'll be answering a lot of your questions.

I went on the Baby Momma's No Drama podcast, Instagram, and asked you guys what you wanted to hear.

So I have a ton of questions here that we're going to be going through with you guys as far as buying a home,

first time home buyers, flips, rentals, just things like that that you guys want to know.

Seems like a lot of people are interested in real estate.

It is. Actually, I was very shocked by the response when I put the question box up because it was flooded within minutes.

So I was like, oh, good. Everyone's actually interested in this episode.

But I know I get a lot of DMs all the time anyways on my personal page and people are always like, how to do it?

You'll get started. Like people are always really just really, they want to know more.

So they're really interested in it.

So I figured it would be a good way to do, you know, let everyone know what we've been doing and how we got started.

So yeah, do you want to do it?

Yeah, I do. And there's a lot to it and there's a lot to the industry and plenty to talk about.

We could never cover it all in an hour, but yeah, we'll talk about what we can, what we've done.
