Even making $24,000 a year at my first job in radio, I was able to save up 20% down to put down on my

first house that I purchased in 2009.

And I think most people making that kind of money

think that's impossible. You know maybe I can get the 3.5% down to get an FHA loan

or maybe I can get 5% down and I'm still paying PMI every month and I'm not okay with that. I don't want to pay

pay p.m. I don't want to pay extra money that I don't need to pay. I'm not cool with fees. I'm not cool

with needless debt and so I think you can save you but it starts with a frugal lifestyle.
