Craig Ballantyne is a Productivity and Success transformation coach, an author and a Fitness expert. His new book is called The Perfect Day Formula. He also created the successful Turbulence Training fitness program.    Craig has been my business coach since before my son was born. He gets more done in a day that anyone I know. He keeps things simple and sets himself up for success each day.
